You should come to this practice because you won’t leave. And if you leave, for whatever the reason, and every practice has people that leave. Whether they leave because of demographic reasons, whether you leave because, oh, your office isn’t in my insurance plan, they always come back. It’s just the environment that we create. It’s inviting. It’s not stuffy. It’s not forcing things through your throat. It’s working with people to get them healthy. Once they’re healthy, if they want to change to the appearance, make them prettier. It’s just the environment that’s created that puts people at such ease from the moment they walk through the door. Nobody walks in. Everybody has dental anxiety to some degree. I don’t see it. And again, I don’t know if it’s the way that I approach patients. I know it has a lot to do with them. We spend a lot of one-on-one time with patients before we even get to dentistry. The amount of time that either myself and/or staff spends with the patient before we actually start doing work, they’ve already achieved that point of comfort. All right, I understand where this is headed. I understand what it’s gonna take. And if you have any questions, we’re not start, we’re not gonna start proceeding until you know, granted we’ll get you out of pain, right? But we’re not gonna start any real comprehensive care until you know the exact plan that you want. There’s always multiple options and you understand every aspect of it so that there’s no surprises along the way for either of us. So by the time we actually get into dentistry, they’ve got a complete understanding. They know that we care about them as a whole, not just an oral entity. Look, there’s times you look at a patient and you’re like, what’s up? Like what’s wrong today? And it’s nothing orally related. It’s like, having some problems at home. All right, we’ll sit up and talk about that. Let’s get that off your chest first. It’s the idea of creating that comfort before we even wind up doing any actual dentistry.
